Security
• Passwords hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 (200,000 iterations)
• Plain passwords are never stored anywhere
• Disabling a user kicks them out within 60 seconds
• Sessions expire after 10 hours automatically
Inventory Limits
Set total stock and per-department entry limits
Article Total Stock
Set the maximum available quantity for each article across all departments combined.
Shamiana Item Stock
Set maximum available quantity for each shamiana item.
Per-Department Limits
Click any item to expand it and set limits for each department. Use "Set All" to apply one value to every department at once.
Lock Settings
Control submission deadlines for all departments
Set Submission Deadline
After this date, departments will be unable to submit or edit any data. The deadline also appears in the scrolling ticker on all portals.
How It Works
• Lock date is stored in Firestore under settings/global
• All portals read this setting on login
• The scrolling banner shows the last submission date
• After locking, all submit, add, and edit buttons are disabled
• To re-open submissions, click "Remove Lock"
